Suneo138 Terms & Conditions – Malaysia Platform User Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the suneo138 platform via suneo138.best or any associated digital medium, you expressly and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. • Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

• Providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during the registration process.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active suneo138 account at any time. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — whether using different names, phone numbers, email addresses, or payment methods — are strictly prohibited and will result in the freezing or closure of all associated accounts along with forfeiture of any existing balances.

Suneo138 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time, including copies of your Malaysian identification card, utility bills, or other relevant supporting documents. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary suspension or closure of your account.

3. Account Management & Security

You are fully responsible for keeping your suneo138 username and password secure. Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members. suneo138 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

If you notice or suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, please contact the suneo138 support team immediately via email at support@suneo138.best or through the in-platform live chat. Suneo138 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your own negligence or failure to take reasonable precautions.

You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs within your suneo138 account, unless it can be clearly demonstrated that access was obtained without your knowledge or consent and that suneo138 was notified within a reasonable timeframe. Suneo138 reserves the right to freeze any account displaying suspicious activity while an investigation is conducted.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Suneo138 supports deposits and withdrawals via licensed Malaysian payment platforms, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, Boost, ShopeePay, and FPX through online banking services such as Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks. The minimum deposit is RM20 per transaction. All deposits are processed instantly with no additional fees charged by suneo138.

For withdrawals, requests can be submitted at any time and will be processed within 15 to 30 minutes for standard withdrawals below RM10,000. Withdrawals of RM10,000 and above may require additional verification and can take up to 24 hours. suneo138 does not charge any withdrawal fees to members.

All financial transactions at suneo138 are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). No foreign currencies are accepted, and the platform does not perform any currency conversion.

5. Bonuses, Promotions & Rollover Requirements

In the event of a conflict between these general terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

Rollover requirements (wagering requirements) are conditions that must be met before a bonus or bonus winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a 5x rollover bonus means the bonus amount received must be wagered five times its value before a withdrawal is permitted. If an event is cancelled or postponed by more than 24 hours, the related bets will be voided and the funds returned to the member's account balance.

11. Account Termination & Closure

You may close your suneo138 account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, any remaining balance in your account (subject to fulfilled rollover requirements) will be returned to you via the payment method used for your most recent deposit.

Suneo138 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account, with or without prior notice, in the following situations:
